Fr. Peter Yorke Annual Mass and Procession

A Mass and Procession commemorating the anniversary of the death of Fr. Peter Yorke will be held Sunday, March 29 (Palm Sunday) at 10am at Holy Cross Cemetery. Fr. Yorke was an advocate for education, labor, and the Irish nationalist movement. He was the former pastor of St. Peter’s and editor of The Leader newspaper. Mass will begin at 10am at All Saints Mausoleum Chapel followed by a procession to his gravesite. The United Irish Societies sponsors this day.
